From the UPtv online console appearing on the TV Channel's web site, consumers transform their own photographs into voice-enabled, animated clips (Flash format) corresponding to an opinion or a message they want to express.

Alternatively, ready-to-speak virtual messengers drawn from the characters of specific TV shows (humans, mascots, cartoon characters…) may be integrated into the UPtv console.

The best clips are aired during the TV shows, with the “talking head” of viewers appearing directly on screen
